I have a lot of jobs failing with an exit code of -1073741502. This only seems to be happening where the job involves running a macro (either Excel or Access).
I also get a message pop up saying 'Connection Failed'.
Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve this? It was all working fine a few hours ago.

It is a permission problem on the user or Local security policy. We are not sure which one affects this but you can try these two workarounds;

1. disable UAC through VisualCron and reboot the server
2. enable Extended debugging and edit the Credential. Change to option CreateProcessAsUserW
