At least in Windows Server 2012 several active sessons can exist in parallel. For "Foreground execution" VisualCron prohibits the usage of this feature by allowing only, the only options for "If other user has active session" pretty much disable the other session.

It would be great to have an addtional checkbox above these radiobuttons "First try to log on as target user, if impossible do as selected below".
