I have multiple jobs in multiple groups. Whenever I have more than one screen's worth of jobs, the bottom most job is unable to be seen and the second most bottom job is cut off a bit. Does anyone know what may be causing this? For now, I just use the filter to get only the job I want to show, but I don't believe I should need to.

Would it be possible to export your Jobs and send to support@visualcron.com and we can test it in our dev environment.
