When we install Visual Cron it always defaults to 'Install Client + Server'. It would be nice if it detected that the existing install was a client only install and defaulted to that if there is no existing server installed. We have many more clients installs than server installs so selecting 'Client Only' each time isn't ideal.

Thanks for your consideration

I completely agree with this. Also, some obvious verbiage stating 'this is what was detected' on this system, would you like to upgrade as-is or change to one of the following options: x. x.. x...

Actually, I have not tested this yet on the newer versions (8.1.0 for example), but what REALLY needs to happen... is when a user logs into a system for the first time and launches VisualCron, it also asks them whether or not they want the client + server or just the client. We had a lower level (experience wise, with VisualCron) tech log into one of our production servers and launch VisualCron for the first time. He manually chose 'Client' and even though it had to have prompted him with a warning, he then removed the server portion. Now, I don't expect this question to EVER come up unless actually installing the product from the .EXE, So i'd also like to piggyback on this feature request asking that you stop the asking of that question once it's been answered during the install.
