The user interface client on some screens we see scrunching / wrapping / missing words (see screenshot) until manually adjusting the size of that screen (either smaller or larger). For forms that do not adjust in size, the label words remain missing, sometimes leaving one to guess at the meaning. Screenshot attached. Possible solution, widen client form label areas to support fonts that may vary from machine to machine.

When trying to work without a mouse using only the keyboard, it can be difficult because tabs are not always in the right order and do not have the _ underscore indicating the hot key combinations. Possible solution, review screens for tab order and add hot key combinations where possible.

I think the problem is that the users has adjusted default font size or scaling instead of changing the resolution of the screen. We will look at this later what we can do here.
