Several days ago, we started having a problem with one of our VisualCron jobs that FTPs files to a destination. The FTP process is failing due to the following error: Control channel transfer error (error code is 10054). There are no time-out values on the FTP step in the job. If I use the FTP explorer within VisualCron, I am able to transfer the files with no error. The largest file I am trying to transfer is 466kb so I don't think file size is the issue. We are on VisualCron version 7.6.4.

Please advise on how I can troubleshoot and resolve this error. Thanks.
