Since upgrading our server to 6.1.9, I receive the following error every time I try to use Object Search:

Quote:

I originally thought the issue was too many versions difference between our server and my client, but upgrading my client to 6.1.9 didn't resolve this. I had a co-worker who has access to both our server and another one test this, and he received the same error from our server, but not from the other one (all still running 6.1.9). It feels like it should just be a difference in settings, but the only difference we seem to be able to find between the two is that the one that isn't handling Object Search has a much larger database. Would this be enough to cause this error, or are there other settings we should check?

Thanks for the report. Could you give us more details on your settings when searching?

I generally use the default settings on the Object Search - all search options checked, exact search left clear - but I've tried variations and get the same result each time. It may be worth mentioning that the Object Relations tab still functions as it did previously.

Could you do the following:

1. export settings and send it to support@visualcron.com
2. give us the exact string you search for.

Thanks

Were there any suggestions of setting changes that could help resolve this?
