Whenever I try to export my settings it creates an empty zip file and the log shows and error entry of "Error when backuping files, err: Can not load 7-zip library or internal COM error! Message: Your 7-zip library does not support this archive type." Has anyone seen this before and if so what was the solution?

Windows Server 2003 32 Bit - Service Pack 2

I am trying to move my VisualCron application to a new server, as the one it is on is being phased out, so this is a one-time need on the current installation. If there are alternative methods (e.g. copying databases, config files, etc.) I can work with different options.

Yes, you can copy the content of the settings folder (except license.xml file). Stop the VisualCron service on the destination computer first. Then copy. The start service.
