We disabled a monthly job but not the task under the job. But it ran the job even though it was disabled. We are perplexed why this would happen. Pleaseadvise

It really can't happen. If you look back in the log file you will see when it was disabled etc.

Yes, when the trigger file is created, the job runs eventhough it is disabled. We inactivated the job on Friday. I could not retrieve the logs for Friday to see if the job was disbled.

We just stopped the Visual cron server and restarted it to see if this makes a difference. It is very critical for business and urgent. Thanks
