I'm trying to setup a job that downloads a file from a website and saves it to a local directory.

http task:

Method: GET
URL: http://www.swx.com/index_data/nasmi.csv 

Save content:
Folder Path: some local folder
File Name: nasmi.csv

When I run this task I get this Error getting HTTP response: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.


Do I miss something here or is there another method I should use for this kind of task?

We tested this here and it worked. Which version are you using? Do you use "Auto name file" setting?

the problem was that the request didn't pass our proxy server despite having configured the proxy settings correct.

Great! Where was the proxy settings defined correct in VisualCron server settings or IE? We are using the settings from VisualCron server settings.
