Hello,

We are having issues accessing Azure storage accounts using details provided by customer.

They have provided containers:

dev-global
uat-global
prd-global

Then they provided connection string (this is just an example as we can not provide the real one but the whole provided address syntax is similar):

hdd001.<container_name>.global001@111.222.123.221 and container_name would be one of the three names listed above.

They also provided SSH private key.

Unfortunately, when i try to configure the connection using Visual Cron Microsoft Azure i can see multiple option for the connectivity but none of those are fitting the above details.

Could you help with this or suggest other details that the customer needs to confirm / extract from their Azure configuration?

FYI: They confirmed that those details can be used successfully within FileZilla PRO version with it's pre-build Azure feature - however we do not have this version and as this will be a continuous file transfer task we have to set it within Visual Cron.

Thank you,
Marcin

If they've provided you with SSH credentials, I would expect that to mean what you want is an SSH protocol connection, not a type of Azure connection (although it's also mighty odd for them to provide you with a private key). However, I use neither much Azure (by coincidence) nor any Filezilla (by choice), so it may be that the terminology is leading me astray.

Marcin,

Did you get this to work? If not, please send an email to support@visualcron.com - if possible, it would speed up the troubleshoot a lot if we could get test credentials+key to reproduce this from our environment.
