How can a allow the job log to retrieve history from a longer period of time say 30 days? Currently I can only retrieve from the current or previous day.

Currently you can't but we will improve log handling in a later project.

Have you improved the log handling yet? We are running quite a few jobs and at such frequent intervals that our logging only goes back 1-2 hours.

Not yet. More than 1000 entries are available in the log file.
